Founded in 2018, ProjectIQ AG is an architectural office mainly active in renovation and new construction projects. The office consists of six employees, including architects, an interior designer and construction managers.

As society is becoming increasingly multicultural, the office is bilingual and aims to provide a comprehensive and complete service across language barriers. Thanks to the experience of the staff, services are offered that range from the planning to the execution of building projects and from the first model to the study of details.

ProjectIQ Inc. carries out projects with conscientiousness, an innovative character and a contemporary flexibility. We attach great importance to sustainable and long-lasting planning that fits seamlessly into the existing environment.

In order to maintain the highest level of control over our projects, we have fully implemented BIM in our office. This approach allows us to design, analyse and simulate our projects before work begins. This has the advantage that adjustments can be made without financial implications. In addition, our BIM skills are certified by the BuildingSmart Professional Certification.
